Rocket launch

In science we were learning about air pressure. We got two chairs and tied a long piece of string to each chair. We put the string through a straw. We then blew up a balloon and taped it to the straw. When we let go of the balloon it flew down the line of string. This was caused by the air pressure. We called it rocket launch. It was great fun.
