French Friday

On Friday 17th November 2006 we had French Friday. During the week we had done mind maps with Mrs Magnier. We also had learned about the main crops of France like wheat and dairy produce and about the 365 varieties of cheese. On the day we dressed up in French clothes and sampled some Port Salut, Brie and Camenbert. We also had lots of bread, croissants and patisseries. We drank red lemonade and white lemonade. We pretended it was red and white wine.

We invited all the other classes into ours so they could taste some French foods too. We really enjoyed the day and learned a lot about France.
